Office Policies

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made with our office prior to your appointment. We accept payments in the form of cash and debit/credit card. If you would like to use your health insurance, you may be responsible for co-payment, co-insurance, and/or deductible. We are in-network with Blue Shield of California and Triwest and out-of-network with other insurance plans. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or other obligations. However, when you do not contact us to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price*. If you do not show for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price*. The cancellation fees must be paid before you can schedule another appointment. 

* This fee is not covered by your insurance. Please refer to our cash rates for the cost of per treatment.

Late Appointments

We understand that delays (i.e. traffic) can happen. However, we must try to keep other patients and doctors on time. If you feel that you will be more than 10 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. You will either have a shorter appointment or lose your appointment time depending on our schedule.
