Full payment is due at the time of your treatment. We accept cash and credit card. The rates listed below are for patients with no health coverage for acupuncture or patients who have a deductible that has not been met.
Health insurance is complicated, and we want to make the process simple for you. Please take the time to read this so there is no confusion or miscommunication regarding the cost your visits. We are in-network provider with Blue Shield of California and out-of-network provider with all insurances. However, we do accept PPO insurances from most companies if there is acupuncture coverage on the plan. We are happy to offer you the service of verifying your insurance benefits and billing on your behalf. For patients with insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield* plans, the insurance company will mail you the payment directly. Therefore, we will have to collect full payment at the time of your visit and submit a bill for you. If you would like to bill for yourself, we can give you a superbill of your visit. The insurance company will then reimburse you for the charges at the rate that it deems appropriate. For patient with a deductible, you will be responsible for the deductible until it has been met. We will have to collect full payment at the time of your visit.

We accept worker's compensation on a case by case basis at our office. Before your visit, please have all of your paperwork and your authorization for acupuncture.
We accept medpay on a case by case basis at our office. Please provide your Claims Number and Adjuster's Information for further verification.
