Payment is due at the time of treatment, unless other arrangements have been maid prior to your first appointment. We accept payment in cash, credit/debit card, HSA/FSA and check. 

We accept PPO insurance plans that have acupuncture coverage. We are in-network providers with Blue Shield of California and Triwest. If you are unsure whether or not your insurance covers acupuncture, we are happy to help you verify your benefits. Please be aware that you may still be responsible for co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible even with insurance coverage. Also, you will be subjected to the cancellation fees if you fail to abide by our cancellation policy

If your insurance covers acupuncture, we will bill your insurance company on your behalf. However, if you choose to bill yourself, full payment is due at the time of your appointment and an itemized bill will be given to you for claim submission. 

We do not accept liens at our office.
